Our goods are made to be used and enjoyed. If a Lalujan item doesn’t meet your expectations, we want to make it right.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items should be unused (or lightly used) and in original packaging when possible.

How to start a return

1. Email support@lalujan.store with your order number.
2. We’ll send a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
3. Drop the package at any USPS location.
4. Once received (typically 3–7 days), we refund to the original payment method within 2 business days.

Exchanges

Got the wrong scent or size? Email us and we’ll send the replacement before you ship the original back.

Exclusions

Customized or clearly-worn items are not eligible for return. Gift cards are non-refundable.
