Processing time

Orders placed before 2 PM Eastern are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends ship the following business day. We do not ship on US federal holidays.

Delivery estimates

Standard (3–5 business days): $6.99 — free over $79
Expedited (2–3 business days): $14.99
Priority overnight: $34.99 (order by noon EST)

Tracking

You will receive a tracking email the moment your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking typically updates 12–24 hours after initial scan.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email support@lalujan.store within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll ship a replacement or issue a full refund.

International orders
